Welcome to Snap Print (snaprint.in). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Snap Print.

By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our applicable Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

About Us

Snap Print is a solo-operated business based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, offering 3D-printed products including decor, toys, accessories, models, and other products.

Products

Our products are currently manufactured using PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and the manufacturing process, minor variations in color, texture, layer appearance, dimensions, or finish may occur between the product shown on the website and the final product.

Such minor variations that do not materially affect the product's functionality, specifications, or appearance are considered normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process.

Some products are made to order and require additional production time before shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for applicable production and delivery timelines.

Orders & Payment

• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment has been received and the order has been accepted for processing.
• All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Snap Print does not store full card credentials such as card number, CVV, or expiry details on its own systems. Payment-related information is handled through the payment service provider in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, any price applicable to an order that has already been successfully placed will not be changed retrospectively.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or other listing errors before an order is confirmed. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer to resolve the matter appropriately.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Some products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed, while custom products may be produced according to specifications provided by the customer.

Custom and made-to-order products are subject to the terms described in our Refund & Return Policy. In particular, cancellations due to a change of mind are only permitted within the applicable cancellation period and before production begins.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, measurements, customization details, and other information required to manufacture a custom product.

Where a product is manufactured incorrectly by Snap Print or does not conform to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

Accounts

Snap Print does not currently require customers to create an account to place an order.

If you require assistance locating or accessing information about a previous order, you may contact us at queries@snaprint.in and provide the relevant order details.

We may retain information reasonably necessary to process orders, provide customer support, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Details regarding collection and use of personal information are provided in our Privacy Policy.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

Production and delivery timelines, shipping charges, tracking, carrier arrangements, and delays are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Orders may be handed over to third-party shipping partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, or other suitable carriers.

Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Refunds, returns, replacement/reprint requests, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

In particular:

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received within 6 hours of payment confirmation and before production begins, whichever occurs first.
• Once production or printing has started, cancellation due to a change of mind is no longer possible.
• Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially non-conforming products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Approved refunds are generally initiated through our payment gateway and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions provided with the product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, our 3D-printed products should not be treated as safety-certified, load-bearing, protective, or life-support equipment.

Products should be kept away from conditions or uses for which they are not designed, including excessive heat or open flames where applicable.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, including its text, graphics, logos, branding, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Snap Print.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snap Print will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and its information accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

We may temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, updates, technical reasons, or other operational requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to an order that has already been successfully placed, except where required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and consumer dispute-resolution authorities having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
