Refund & Return Policy

At Snap Print, every item is made to order or produced in small batches. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take reasonable care to securely pack every order and deliver it in the best possible condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered:

• Please email us at queries@snaprint.in within 24 hours of delivery.
• For damage that appears to have occurred during transit, we strongly require a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package in its delivered condition, including the shipping label, before opening and throughout the unboxing process. This helps us verify the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery.
• Please provide clear photographs and/or video showing the issue. We may request additional information or evidence where reasonably necessary to assess the claim.
• Once the issue has been verified and the claim approved, we will, as appropriate, offer a free replacement/reprint or a full refund.
• Where the issue is attributable to the product being defective, incorrect, or not matching the agreed specifications, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Change of Mind

Because most of our products are custom-made or produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or provide refunds solely due to a change of mind after an order has been placed.

Please carefully review the product description, dimensions, specifications, images, and customization details before placing your order.

This restriction does not affect any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Custom / Made-to-Order Parts

Custom engineering parts, personalized products, and other made-to-order items are manufactured specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Accordingly, such products cannot ordinarily be returned or cancelled due to a change of mind, incorrect personal requirements, or other reasons unrelated to a defect or an error on our part.

If a custom or made-to-order product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the specifications agreed at the time of purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received within 6 hours of payment confirmation and before production begins, whichever occurs first.
• If you wish to cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request through our Cancellation page as soon as possible.
• Once production or printing has started, cancellation due to a change of mind is no longer possible.
• A cancellation request is considered accepted only after Snap Print confirms the cancellation.
• If an order has already entered production before a cancellation request is received, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated by Snap Print and processed through our payment gateway, Razorpay.

Once the refund has been initiated, it may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the payment method and the customer's bank or financial institution.
