For Order Issues
If you're contacting us about a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different product, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs and/or video showing the issue
- An unboxing video for transit-damage claims, where available
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect orders within 24 hours of delivery as specified in our Refund & Return Policy.
Custom Parts & Engineering Requests
For custom engineering parts, please email us with as much information as possible:
- Description of the part and intended application
- Dimensions and required tolerances
- Quantity needed
- Material requirements, if applicable
- CAD or 3D model files
- Reference drawings or images
Providing complete information helps us determine whether your requirement is suitable for our manufacturing process.

For bulk orders or larger production requirements, please contact us at queries@snaprint.in. Include the approximate quantity and product requirements so that we can understand your request.

For questions about a delayed or incorrectly delivered shipment, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be received within 6 hours of payment confirmation and before production begins, whichever occurs first.
- Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially non-conforming products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
